Our main shipping carrier is Canada Post with Standard Tracked Shipping. However, based on your requirement, we use other private courier services as well, to ensure faster shipping.

Custom Order

Typical lead time for a custom order is 4 to 6 weeks. Once the work is complete, it will be intimated to our customer and then shipped

All in stock orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

How long does it take to deliver?

CANADA

Orders within Canada will be delivered with in 5-7 working days.

US

Orders within US will be delivered with in 7-10 working days .

Please note that delivery to remote destinations will take more number of days than the above mentioned number of days.

All orders from US must go through Border and Customs. Any delay in customs, unfortunately, we have no control.

What is the delivery cost?

Canada and US FREE on all orders over $100. Any order below $100, a flat rate of $10.

What If I need express shipping service? 

Yes, we also provide express shipping service. When you get to the checkout, you will have the option to opt for standard or express shipping. 

Express shipping delivery time within Canada and US is 2 to 3 business days.

Is there any charge for express shipping?

Yes, there is a flat rate of $18

How Do I track my order?

Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Mary & Peter Designs. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number to track the package.

Where do you ship?

Shipping within Canada - we ship all over Canada.

Shipping within US – we ship in the contiguous US. We hope to offer our products to Hawaii and Alaska soon.

International Shipping – Right now we are shipping to Spain, France, Ireland, UK, Germany and Australia.

What is the international shipping rate?

All international orders will be charged a flat rate of $ 25.
