• Return & Cancellation Policies

    We understand that purchasing an heirloom or special occasion dresses and gifts may seem dauting. Hence, keeping that in mind, we have created our return and cancellation policies. Please understand that any dress or item that is made as per your custom measurement or custom requirement is exclusively made for you, hence it cannot be cancelled. However, if you decide not to proceed with your purchase, you can do so under the following conditions


    • You can cancel your custom order within 24 hours of your place of order. And you will be eligible for full refund.
    • Cancellation after 24 hours and within 7 days will be eligible for partial refund, 50% of the product price and full shipping price.
    • Once the work is started, it cannot be canceled.
  • Return Policy

    We value our customer’s trust. Each piece is made with great care and attention. However, in case of any complaint, please contact us with the description and images to support. Once we review your complaint and if we find that your complaint is legitimate, we will refund the amount. You can either opt for store credit or refund. Please note that item returned has to meet the conditions below.

    • Item has to be in new and unused condition, with all the tags attached. Not washed, no stain or any other sign of used look.
    • Colour tone might look different on your computer or phone. If the colour tone looks different when you see the item in real, it cannot be accepted as a valid reason for the return.
    • In case of any damage during shipping, please provide the proof of damage with images to support.
